The City of West Branch is responsible for management, operations and maintenance of the Treatment Plant. Treatment Facility staff are a team dedicated to assuring that the plant is operating properly and efficiently, proud of and care about the quality of water discharged to the waters of the State , the environment, the maintenance of the plant, and the West Branch area. |

Dan had worked for the City from 1996-2009 as a contract employee; and was later hired as the Plant Manager in 2009. Dan holds a Michigan Class A, L1, and L2 Municipal Wastewater Certification, 12 Industrial Wastewater Certifications, a Storm Water Certification, and State of Michigan Municipal Water Certifications D-4, F-3, and S-3. |
Tim Kirby Operator |
Tim began his employment with the City of West Branch at the Wastewater Treatment in 2008; and has achieved his State of Michigan Class D Municipal Wastewater Certification. In his spare time, Tim enjoys spending time with his family, his dogs and riding one of his Harleys. |
Joe Weber Operator |
Joe has been employed with the City at the Wastewater Treatment plant since 2009. He has achieved his State of Michigan Class B Municipal Wastewater Certification. |

Anthony has been employed with the City at the Wastewater Treatment plant since January of 2016. |
