Policy for Name Placement on West Branch Fire Fighters Monument

The West Branch Fire Fighters Memorial is dedicated to the memory of those who have sacrificed their time, attention and talents to fire services in West Branch. In order to be eligible for inclusion on the Memorial, West Branch City Hall must receive the following information:

• Name of Past Fire Fighter as it Should Appear on Memorial

• Years of Service to Ogemaw Fire Department

• Name(s) of person(s) requesting name placement and their relationship to Firefighter

Those chosen for inclusion must have dedicated at least 10 years of service to the Ogemaw Fire Department, are deceased, or have lost their lives while they are an active Firefighter.
