At City Hall, we are always striving to find ways to make City information more available to the public, and more user-friendly. If anyone has any comments or suggestions regarding ways we can improve our website (or Facebook page), please feel free to email us at email@example.com, or you may mail or drop off written comments to 121 N. 4th St., West Branch, MI 48661 (written items may be dropped off to a staff member during office hours, or left in out drop box just outside our door during non-business hours). In addition, members of the public are also always welcome and encouraged to stop by City Hall to share their comments in person with City staff, or to come to a City Council meeting (Council meetings are generally the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, except for special meetings and rescheduled meetings for holidays, etc.--feel free to check the City calendar online or call to confirm dates).
In addition to some ongoing changes to our current website, www.westbranch.com, the City of West Branch has also recently secured the rights to the domain www.westbranch.us so that this new site can be developed as an extension of our existing website--thus enabling the City to have a way to make availabe and display even more information for our residents and the public. So feel free to visit both websites during this "construction" phase, as it were, and please share your comments and suggestions, as they are always appreciated--It is our goal to provide quality service to the public in the most efficient and convenient way possible! : )
