NEIGHBORHOOD ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM

The Ogemaw County Home Improvement Program has funding available from the Michigan State Housing Development Authority to do the following:

Housing Enhancement for exterior which consist of siding, house wrap, windows, doors, roof, gutters & downspout
Housing Enhancement for interior which consist of water heater, furnace, electrical and plumbing

Funds are available to owner-occupied unit and income eligible rental housing units (single family).
