The City of West Branch asks that City residents help keep our City looking nice by keeping your lawn mowed. Growth of 6" or greater is prohibited under Section 153.08 of the City of West Branch Code of Ordinances. Please keep your lawn mowed to prevent mowing charges from the City and/or issuance of a Municipal Civil Infraction.
Notice about Candidate Signs
The City of West Branch sign ordinance states that: "Political campaign signs, not to exceed one per candidate or issue, and not to exceed 6 square feet of area per sign, shall be permitted on all occupied lots, regardless of zoning. Political campaign signs may not be displayed more than 10 days after an election for which they are related."
